Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Family Immigration Legal Assistant. This role will provide essential support to our attorneys in handling a variety of immigration cases.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including gathering documents, conducting legal research, and drafting correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their cases and answering inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate client files and case records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and printing.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for this position.
  • Experience in family immigration law is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
