Heavy Duty Body and Paint Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Body and Paint Specialist to join our team at FleetPride, Inc. This is a day shift position, Monday-Friday, with a competitive hourly rate of up to $32 and monthly bonuses based on productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Perform minor and extensive body repairs on trucks, trailers, Sprinters, and pickups.
- Assist with paint prep and painting.
- Previous experience with Paint Mixing Systems and Paint Booths is required.

- Experience with paint and prep.
- Truck/trailer repair experience preferred.
- Good communication skills with the service manager, service writer, and customers about jobs in progress.
- Ability to provide your own tools and box.
- Someone who is driven to work efficiently and safely to provide the best service.
- Tasks: Minor and major scratches, dents, paint jobs, bumper repairs, fabrication, and more.
