Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at ERMCO-ECI Antioch. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating accounts and liaising with customers and manufacturer's representatives to deliver sales and technical service support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Prepare and enter customer orders with careful attention to item descriptions, pricing, requested delivery dates, PO number, etc.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills, answering customer calls and/or questions in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Account Management: Take ownership of customer accounts, update server information, and ensure system compliance along with following filing and documentation procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other ERMCO functional groups in tracking production orders and shipping details, and update customers on findings and alerts for production and shipment delays.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update contractual and daily pricing as directed, and perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Skills: Strategic thinking & analytical skills, ability to engage and work well with other departments, and excellent communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Normal working conditions as found within an office setting, with controlled temperature and a low noise level, plus a minimum of distractions.
  • Physical Activities: Highly repetitive type of work which requires concentration in the performance of tasks for consistent time cycles as prescribed by the tasks.
