Sales Supervisor

• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
• Planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Develops monthly goals and objectives through the Mobility software.
• Tracks and measures goals achieved by subordinates adjust goals as deemed necessary.
• Assure staff is adequately trained by continually educating, working with, and testing individual for knowledge gained.
• Reviews, authorizes, and completes in a timely manner all direct reports payroll reports.
• Accompanies Sales Reps on visits to customers to evaluate work performance, ascertain customer problems, and detect market trends and adherence to the Sales Process and Selling standards.
• Maintains required team-sell and ride with days as set forth by the Sales Manager.
• Reviews sales orders and records of new licensed and delinquent accounts to ascertain market conditions and status of customers' accounts.
Schedule
Shift start: 7:00AM
Shift length: 12 hours
Monday - Friday
