Outpatient Therapist

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop, and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance our mission of bridging gaps in the community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution, with licensure in the designated field.
  • Florida clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
  • Fully licensed clinicians should be credentialed with insurance panels.
