Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to lead projects that drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven business strategies to streamline current practices and improve sales performance.
  • Design and maintain performance metrics, reports, and data interpretation to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business outcomes and share insights.
  • Contribute to establishing company policy and oversee key initiatives to increase operational productivity and profitability.
  • Lead the Analytics team in delivering deep and valuable insights to Production, Support, and Executive Teams.
  • Articulate complex ideas and findings to a varied audience, including operations staff, senior management, and 3rd party clients.
  • Train and guide new analysts, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven self-starter and independent thinker.
  • Extensive experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • 5+ years' experience in recapture analytics, marketing analytics, sales, or capital markets.
  • Skilled in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree or better in Analytics, Data, Finance, Math, or other quantitative discipline.
  • Experience with Salesforce or in the Mortgage industry preferred.
Job Qualifications
  • Strong business communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience building predictive models in real-life environments using tools like Python or R preferred.
  • Fast learner, able to assimilate new ideas and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years in Analytics.
