Job Summary

The Johns Hopkins University seeks a highly skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support to the Division Medical Director and various staff members. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Division Medical Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with coordination of faculty, fellow, and staff activities, as well as seminars and events.
  • Manage transcription process, compose and distribute correspondence, and maintain confidential files.
  • Coordinate reimbursement from university funds for eligible business-related expenses.
  • Assist with planning events such as invited speakers, seminars, outreach events, and research symposiums.
