We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Johns Hopkins University. As a key member of our Division Medical Director's office, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Division Medical Director, Clinic Manager, Fellowship program staff, and associated research labs.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating complex calendaring, arranging meetings, depositions, court appearances, speaking engagements, and attendance at local, national, and international meetings. You will also manage all travel arrangements for the Medical Director and fellows, handle communications with conference organizers, prepare itineraries, conference registration, travel and hotel arrangements, and expense reports for reimbursements.

  • Supports the Division Medical Director in various administrative tasks.
  • Coordinates medical director's daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly calendars.
  • Ensures seamless communication between teams.

A minimum of three years of progressively responsible medical office experience is required, with a strong background in medical terminology, intermediate computer skills, and excellent proofreading abilities. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
