We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Patient Care Ambassador to join our team at Community Medical Services. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and personalized experience for our patients and families.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in customer service. You will work closely with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members to address their needs and concerns.

- Coordinate appointments and referrals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
