About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our team at CommUnityCare. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care services, including dispensing medications, conducting patient drug regimen reviews, and providing counseling services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care services to patients, including dispensing medications and conducting drug regimen reviews
  • Offer personalized prescription counseling services to patients
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) required
  • 5-7 years of experience in retail or mail-order pharmacy required
  • Current license by Texas State Board of Pharmacy required
  • Current Health Care Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
