Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Academic Enrichment Program Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support and educational counseling to students in advanced programs, tracking their academic progress, and working with relevant stakeholders in the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, with 1-3 years of directly applicable experience in education, communications, or counseling. A Master's Degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities- Provide academic support and educational counseling to students in advanced programs, including individualized counseling and workshops on topics such as test-taking strategies, time-management, reading comprehension strategies, note-taking techniques, and study skills.
- Work with relevant stakeholders in the recruitment process to identify and support students who are a good fit for our advanced programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and academic success.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure that our programs are meeting the needs of our students.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field; plus, 1-3 years directly applicable or 3-5 years related experience in education, communications, or counseling; Master's Degree in Education or a related field preferred.
- Required Field of Expertise: Education or related field.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, holidays, and retirement plans with employer contributions.
