Position Overview

Oregon Family School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educational Support Associate to assist high school students in grades 9 through 12 within our innovative charter school environment. This role may encompass both in-person and remote responsibilities, including:

  • Evaluating and providing feedback on straightforward assignments.
  • Offering technological assistance to students.
  • Helping with the organization, disassembly, and sanitation of the school facilities.
  • Supporting educators and students during in-person classes on designated days.
  • Participating in field excursions on campus or throughout Central Oregon.
  • Transporting students in a school-owned vehicle, adhering to insurance requirements which stipulate a minimum age of 21 and a clean driving record.
  • Assisting teachers and administration in virtual settings utilizing platforms such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Canvas.
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of high school social activities, including field trips, dances, and graduation ceremonies.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in engaging with high school students, demonstrate effective group management skills, and exhibit proficiency in online tools while being open to learning new technologies.
