Job Description
At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, we're dedicated to providing exceptional massage and facial services to our clients. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a world-class experience that leaves our guests feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Responsibilities include designing treatment plans, creating an excellent experience for clients, and promoting member referrals and memberships. You'll also be responsible for maintaining professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Requirements include an active FL massage license, liability insurance, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff. Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required, and knowledge of other modalities is preferred but not required. We offer training in all modalities to our team members.

**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
  • Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
  • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

**Job Requirements:**
  • Have an active FL massage license and adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Carry liability insurance.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
  • Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
  • Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members.
