About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Jackson + Coker. As a key member of our Customer Care Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding process for our healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-populate provider information into our company database
  • Request and collect client applications and map them into our database
  • Outreach to providers' offices to resolve discrepancies and missing information
  • Communicate with clients to determine preferences and maintain database checklists
  • Review and analyze trends to maintain the department's success

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and sustain a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant experience
