Job Summary

The Customer Care Coordinator is a key role that involves reviewing provider information, evaluating customer care department processes, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for clients. This position requires excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-populate CVs and provider information into the company database
  • Request, collect, and map client applications into the database
  • Outreach to providers for discrepancies and missing information
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to determine preferences and maintain database checklists
  • Review and understand trends to maintain department success

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and sustain a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant experience
