Eataly North America's bustling marketplaces feature a variety of quick service counters offering coffee and drinks, pastries and gelato, pizza and focaccia, paninis and grab-and-go meal options.

The Quick Service Restaurant Manager assists with supervising and running the day-to-day operations of the quick service counters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Quick Service Restaurant General Manager and Assistant General Manager and supervises the quick service staff of service leads, baristas and sales associates.
  • Maintains a steady leadership presence on the floor, interacting with guests, team members and vendors to ensure Eataly's operations are running smoothly and high hospitality standards are met.
  • Collaborates closely with the Quick Service Restaurant GM and AGM on certain aspects of management including administrative and financial duties.
  • Trains, motivates, mentors and organizes team members.
  • Estimates food and beverage needs, and requisitions or purchases food, beverage, supplies and equipment; receives and checks orders to ensure that they adhere to specifications.
  • Monitors inventory, checks orders and distributes supplies as needed throughout the department.
  • Manages transactions and ensures accurate accounting.
  • Records shift notes and assists with administrative duties such as scheduling when needed.
  • Ensures department complies with all quality, health, safety and sanitation standards.
  • Documents, investigates and resolves employee and guest incidents.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Compensation:

This position pays a base salary of $65k - $70k.
