Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Executive to join our team at Workday. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling add-on products to the Office of the CFO and CHRO.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to drive business growth and expansion. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Office of the CFO and CHRO
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the business and sales landscape, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and a drive to succeed.
