Business Development Representative

About the RoleThe Account Executive will serve as a critical thinker, focused, driven, and goal-oriented individual who engages business owners and facilitates the transaction through the lending process. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Managing the sales pipeline and meeting targets
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements include:
- Inside sales experience with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas
- Proven top performer with experience in consultative value-based selling
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and coachable
- Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment exceeding company performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Etc.) and CRM (Salesforce)
Compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate and commissions, with a first-year expected income between $90,000-$125,000 (OTE) with a 3-month paid training and ramp-up period. There is no cap on commissions.
