About the Role

The Account Executive will serve as a critical thinker, focused, driven, and goal-oriented individual who engages business owners and facilitates the transaction through the lending process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential clients
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Managing the sales pipeline and meeting targets
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements include:

  • Inside sales experience with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas
  • Proven top performer with experience in consultative value-based selling
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and coachable
  • Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment exceeding company performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Etc.) and CRM (Salesforce)

Compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate and commissions, with a first-year expected income between $90,000-$125,000 (OTE) with a 3-month paid training and ramp-up period. There is no cap on commissions.
