About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Ammeraal Beltech team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships through proactive and reactive communication, ensuring timely resolution of issues and growth of sales.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on conveyor belting solutions, including product recommendations and industry-specific information.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address commercial and technical issues, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to build and expand customer relationships, driving replacement and increased business.
  • Meet or exceed departmental KPI requirements, including sales growth and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in business-to-business customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Strong mathematical and technical aptitude, with experience working with CRM systems, MRP/ERP software, and call center environments.
  • Self-managed, team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, as is proficiency in Windows-based software and Spanish bilingual skills.
