Client Service Associate

Worthy Insurance Group is in search of a Client Service Associate to enhance our Service Department. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service who are interested in transitioning to the insurance sector or those eager to start their career in this field. Candidates should possess a dynamic and organized approach, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in completing insurance applications alongside agency Account Executives.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executives to prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals.
  • Process certificates of insurance and evidence of property.
  • Support Account Executives in preparing submissions for renewals and new business.
  • Document interactions with clients and carrier representatives in our agency management system.
  • Aid the Risk Management team in assembling analyses.
Qualifications:

Preferred:
  • College Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Familiarity with Property & Casualty agency management systems
Required:
  • Proficient in computer usage and standard Microsoft software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding time management and attention to detail
  • Possession of a Michigan/Illinois Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
