The Associate will manage a diverse caseload of both affirmative and defensive immigration matters, delivering comprehensive legal services that encompass conflict-of-interest assessments, client consultations, application preparation, document acquisition, legal research, brief writing, and representation in interviews and hearings. Areas of focus include family-based immigration, consular processing, removal defense, asylum, U visas, waivers, and naturalization.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated initiative and capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to assist clients in articulating their compelling narratives within legal frameworks
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with case management software, Microsoft Word, Adobe, and standard office programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal research techniques and databases
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is eager to contribute to the firm’s growth while serving immigrant communities. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
