Job Summary

The Staff Attorney, Immigration Specialist will provide legal advice and representation to clients seeking immigration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration law and the ability to work collaboratively with social work case managers to ensure clients receive holistic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview clients and provide legal advice on immigration options
  • Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including court appearances and administrative hearings
  • Collaborate with social work case managers to ensure clients receive comprehensive services
  • Assist with the supervision of assigned interns/volunteers
  • Ensure timely submission of external and internal program reports

Requirements
  • Law degree (J.D.)

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) verbal and written communication skills
