Job DescriptionValicor Environmental Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in the Midwest region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet organizational objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a directly related industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
