Maintenance Mechanic Job Description

Voyant Beauty is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production floor and manufacturing areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent machine failure.
  • Perform electrical and fluid power work on equipment, including dismantling and reassembling as needed.
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Assist the engineering team in equipment improvement and maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
