Job Summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production floor and manufacturing areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain and repair facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems.
  • Quality Control: Inspect equipment and parts to detect imperfections and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Follow a scheduled maintenance program to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to improve equipment and processes.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
