Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Mechanic at Voyant Beauty, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production floor and manufacturing areas. This includes repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment to identify potential issues and prevent machine failure.
- Perform electrical and fluid power work on production and manufacturing equipment.
- Dismantle and reassemble equipment to replace defective parts and ensure production standards are met.
- Examine parts for imperfections and inspect used parts for dimensional changes.
- Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
- Follow preventative maintenance schedules to repair or replace defective parts and install new or special functional parts.
- Test equipment performance and assist mechanical staff with setup procedures and operation.
- Work in various work centers on the production floor and assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This includes maintaining a safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, and staying up-to-date with new technologies and equipment.
