The Las Olas Network LLC is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Clinical Site Director to manage two dedicated clinical trial facilities.

This position will entail overseeing the operational effectiveness of the research sites while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company protocols.

The key responsibilities of the Clinical Site Director include:

  • Site Leadership: Directing overall site management with an emphasis on enhancing operational performance, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with protocols and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with department leaders in areas such as Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, and Quality to align on project expectations and achieve study milestones.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyzing performance metrics and clinical trial systems to oversee site activities, ensuring adequate staffing and timely updates on operational tasks.
  • Resource Management: Managing resource allocations and study team performance to ensure deliverables are met, while identifying and addressing any potential risks.
  • Training and Development: Facilitating initial and ongoing training related to study protocols, data collection procedures, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensuring adherence to good clinical practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and company policies while evaluating site staff performance and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated leader with a passion for fostering high-performing teams and a commitment to understanding the business to enhance performance.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree combined with over 8 years of clinical research experience and at least 5 years in a management role, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Experience in clinical research site management is highly desirable. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
