Daily Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage our management team, fostering the next generation of Cattlemens leaders.
  • Implement tight management controls over labor, food, and maintenance costs.
  • Oversee food safety and cleanliness, ensuring high standards are met at all times.
  • Monitor food quality to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while having fun.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Two years of management experience in a full-service environment.
  • Proven ability to train, develop, and lead a team.
  • Experience in financial management.
  • Technological proficiency in the listed programs is ideal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
