Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Neurology Radiation Oncology

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Dignity Health. As a Nurse Practitioner in Neurology and Radiation Oncology, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge in this field.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Chief of Neuro Radiation Oncology and faculty to provide clinical care to patients with neurological and radiation oncology conditions.
  • Take patient histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients, including medication management and treatment recommendations.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • 2 years of clinical experience in Oncology.
  • Compact state or Arizona RN license.
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
  • Valid DEA registration.
