MMI Dining Systems is seeking a Culinary Resource Chef to provide essential support to District Managers across various accounts. This role is pivotal in promoting a guest-first philosophy to ensure exceptional service and optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

The Culinary Resource Chef will:

  • Assist District Managers in upholding high standards of quality in food and beverage operations.
  • Implement policies and procedures effectively.
  • Conduct operational inspections and provide management coverage as needed.
  • Support new account openings and contribute to menu development.
  • Facilitate display cooking for themed events and other special occasions.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the food service industry.
  • Strong culinary expertise, including prior experience as a culinary chef.
  • A solid understanding of inventory management, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to travel to various accounts as required.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules.
