Job Title: Field Support Technician II

Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Field Support Technician II to join our team of experts in Irvine, California. As a Field Support Technician II, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Install and repair complex systems and outages.
  • Document all reported issues and resolutions into a ticketing system.
  • Assist in developing continuous process improvement for support tools and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or management as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new applications, hardware, or software as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School graduate with 3 years of experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a polygraph.
  • Executive support experience, white glove treatment.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, OneDrive, VPN, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience supporting VMware, vCenter, Intune, and Azure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical proficiency in common software and hardware technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
