Amazon's Account Integrity team is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to leverage data to deliver projects with significant strategic impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and improve data sets, pipelines, and reporting to track and manage important KPIs and goals in the Account Integrity space
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data visualization, and data-mining to design alarming systems, derive actionable insights, and guide product strategy for stakeholders and leadership
  • Develop internal reporting/visualization tools for self-serve
  • Provide analytical support for new feature launches
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive decision making

About the Team

The Account Integrity team's mission is to prevent bad actors from using the Amazon brand or Amazon accounts to harm customers, sellers, and the Amazon business.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst, or similar role experience
  • 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication, writing, and data presentation skills

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
