Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including appliance repairs, general carpentry, basic plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Conduct unit turnovers and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
  • Assist with after-hours on-call rotations and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to the Community Manager.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repair.
  • HVAC/CFC certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality.
