Job Title: Maintenance Technician

At Holiday Inn Central Washington, DC, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall operation of the hotel's maintenance systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and associates.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and life safety inspections.
  • Supervise external contractors and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
