Job Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Bilingual Member Experience Officer. This role is critical to achieving our business objectives, enhancing member experiences, and driving membership growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing branch operations, promoting membership growth, and creating exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to members, meeting their needs and resolving concerns.
  • Sell and cross-sell Credit Union products and services that meet member needs.
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations and manage staff in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Branch Manager.
  • Promote membership and asset growth through sales campaigns and community outreach events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve member experiences.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Three years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field required.
  • Fluent Spanish language skills essential.
  • Previous experience in a financial institution, particularly in sales and customer service roles, desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
