Who are you?

Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing large teams and complex operations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in operational and production software, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
