Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association in various administrative and clerical tasks. This role involves managing the association's database, assisting with event planning, supporting membership recruitment and retention efforts, and enhancing the association's social media presence. The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to fulfill the association's mission and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience with customer management software, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products, and excellent writing and editing skills. They will also possess strong customer service skills, be able to think creatively and take initiative, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
• Answering phone calls, fielding telephone inquiries, and directing visitors.
• Managing the association's database (CiviCRM).
• Assisting the Executive Director with strategies set by the Board of Directors.
• Maintaining organized association files and documentation.
• Light QuickBooks entry.
• Assisting with the Membership & Marketing committee.
• Managing social media platforms to enhance the association's presence.
Work Environment
The work is performed in a normal office setting, in private office space with a personal desk and computer. Travel and attendance are required for events. The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
