Job Overview

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Westminster, Colorado.

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards. You will implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Communicate effectively with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification

Qualifications:

  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children and a passion for supporting their development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
