Job Summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Westminster, Colorado.

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards. You will implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy to children in our clinic, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Implement intervention plans, working closely with our BCBAs to ensure effective therapy
  • Foster relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification

Qualifications:

  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, particularly in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar
  • Previous experience working with children and a passion for helping them reach their full potential
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
