Position Overview

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Operate diverse production equipment, including Sewing Machines, Cutters, Presses, and Screen Printers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct visual inspections for defects in accordance with our Quality Systems Manual and promptly report any issues to production support.
  • Exemplify positive behavior that aligns with the corporate culture of Polo Custom Products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet team objectives.
  • Prepare and label production components during the manufacturing process.
  • Utilize shop aids such as templates and micrometers for random quality checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of production counts and rejects using paper forms or the ShopTrak system.
  • Adapt to various roles within the department/team as needed to fulfill production goals.
  • Manually install raw materials, including zippers and buckles, during production.
  • Monitor daily output to comply with established production targets.
  • Propose cost-saving initiatives and strategies to enhance production efficiency and minimize waste.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
