Company Overview:

ISCO Industries is a prominent provider of piping solutions with a focus on HDPE technology. We are currently in search of a Manufacturing Project Specialist to enhance our operations.

Role Overview:

In this position, you will play a crucial role in refining manufacturing workflows, designing and constructing machinery, and contributing to operational strategies and company objectives. You will have the chance to engage in site visits for implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance existing manufacturing workflows and introduce innovative processes
  • Design and fabricate machinery for production facilities
  • Oversee maintenance and upgrades of current equipment
  • Conduct research and development for new products
  • Source tools and machinery
  • Document and manage project details
  • Assist in operational strategies and corporate initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED required; a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred
  • Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or machine shop setting
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledgeable in metalworking tools, experienced with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, capable of working with electrical systems, and familiar with PLC systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Experience in welding (Mig, Tig, Stick) and machining
