**Job Summary**

The Manufacturing Assembler and Quality Control Specialist is a full-time position that supports the engineering team of Advanced Solutions, primarily in the Life Sciences subsidiary. This role is responsible for ensuring a successful customer experience by assisting engineers in assembling the BioAssemblyBot, thereby ensuring timely delivery to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assemble BioAssemblyBots using hand and power tools, adhering to engineering specifications and quality standards.

* Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of manufactured products to ensure they function as intended, including software testing.

* Collaborate with manufacturing resources to identify and resolve defects, providing timely information and support.

* Assist with Quality Assurance testing and calibration activities for products, as needed.

* Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

* Research, verify, and document product defects and enhancement requests, maintaining accurate records.

* Foster a collaborative environment by sharing information and workload balancing with technical teams.

* Demonstrate adaptability and a positive attitude in response to changing priorities and tasks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Ability to follow assembly and wiring instructions for the BioAssemblyBot.

* Experience with electrical panel wiring and creation of custom cable harnesses is desired.

* Proficiency in wiring and soldering, as well as electronics and basic PC knowledge.

* Experience with product assembly (electrical and mechanical) and ability to read schematics.

* Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and handle issues in a professional manner.

* Possess a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* High School education or equivalent.

* Bachelor's Degree desirable.
