We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor and stockroom.
Key Responsibilities:- Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor.
- Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
- Correctly enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received, and complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
- Participate in pricing changes and markdowns, and alert store management to cash supply needs.
- Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, and boutique cleanliness and organization.
- Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
- Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns, and exchanges.
- Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work the majority of the shift standing
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork
Physical Requirements:
- Constant Walking/Standing % of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
