Responsibilities:
  • Complete authorizations for procedures, medications, and treatments.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
  • Respond to emails and messages within the electronic medical record (EMR) system promptly.
  • Fax and scan documents as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
