**Job Summary**
The Life Enrichment Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining a calendar of programs and activities that meet the specific needs of each resident within the community, enhancing their quality of life. Key responsibilities include developing a creative and engaging monthly calendar of activities, participating in the new resident welcome program, and coordinating special events at the community. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle for business use. Bonus points for Activity Director certification or equivalent, and 3-6 months of senior living experience in an activity planner's role.
**Requirements**
We are seeking a candidate who is proficient with Microsoft Office, has good time management and organizational skills, and meets, has, or is eligible to obtain all applicable state requirements and certifications. The ideal candidate will also have basic written and oral English communication skills and a passion for serving seniors.
