Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in dialysis nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Supervise and educate dialysis technicians to ensure they are providing the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Compact Nurse license.
- Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association.
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience, with previous dialysis experience preferred.
