Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to ensure a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
  • Assist with food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
  • Manage the menu and take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
  • No supervisory experience necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
