Job Summary

We are seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
  • Fully stock and transport housekeeping carts to assigned areas
  • Enter guest rooms following established procedures to ensure vacancy and maintain guest confidentiality
  • Replace guest amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
  • Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and perform floor care duties
  • Striante furniture, dust and polish surfaces, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
  • Vacuum carpets and perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • No high school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push housekeeping carts and equipment
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
