About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page, a leading recruitment agency based in Beverly, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company that has been in business for over 100 years, handling a variety of projects across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects on time by managing schedules and coordinating teams to ensure milestones are met
  • Resolve delays by adjusting project plans and working closely with subcontractors and vendors
  • Manage budgets effectively
  • Ensure high-quality construction outcomes by adhering to all building codes and standards
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with client expectations
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety compliance
  • Meet or exceed client expectations
  • Document and report project progress, including RFIs, project documentation, schedules, budgets, change orders, and daily logs
  • Travel to office in Beverly, MA regularly

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Experience with Interiors/Renovations, Ground Up is a plus
  • Proficiency with Procore and other related construction software
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
