About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Attendant to join our team at McKibbon Hospitality. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and suites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, including bathrooms, living areas, and changing and making beds.
  • Work with the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Use professional cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Work on your feet, pushing a housekeeping cart to and from guest rooms, and lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Identification verifying you are at least 18 years of age.
  • The ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • The ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
Ideal Skills and Qualities
  • The ability and desire to work independently with little supervision.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction.
